Terms of Use

Purpose

Maldrex is an independent Canadian hotel discovery guide, not a hotel, travel agent or booking provider.

Hotel content

Descriptions, photographs, room references, facilities and contacts may change and should be verified directly.

Prices and reservations

Selecting dates does not reserve a room. Prices, availability, taxes and cancellation terms are controlled by the provider completing the booking.

Field notes

Seasonal and thematic groupings are discovery aids, not inspections or guarantees.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Unauthorised access, disruption and systematic extraction are prohibited. Original Maldrex design and editorial text may be protected by law.

Disclaimer and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Maldrex is not responsible for changed hotel information or third-party services. These terms may be updated.
